Fraternity and Harmony Chinese Returnee Group is a national think tank, also a research and exchange center for returnee and overseas Chinese talents. In the past four years, Fraternity and Harmony Chinese Returnee Group has become the largest and the most influential returnee NGO in Shanghai. The returnee group has already over 15，000 formal and informal returnee members. Among them there are numerous investors, entrepreneurs, golden collars and industry elites, plenty of talents speaking different world languages, many kinds of beautiful and legendary stories on returnees tens of years oversea and China life experience.

在过去的四年时间里，博爱和谐海归群已经发展成为上海规模最大和最具社会影响力的海归民间组织。博爱和谐海归群已有邮件列表成员超过15000人，拥有一大批投资人、企业家、高端金领和行业精英，汇聚着大量能说各国语言的海归人才，记录着众多海归几十年丰富多彩的人生传奇。

“海派之夜”

海派有多种含义，第一种指发生于十九世纪中叶至廿世纪初期时，活跃于上海地区的一群画家，所从事绘画创作的结果与风尚。第二种指以上海为代表的京剧表演风格，第三种指主要体现都市文化和商业色彩的文学流派，第四种指那些由海外跨国公司或海外机构派遣回国，担任驻华机构代表或中高层管理人员。

“海派”一词之出典依然待考，一般认为与清末民初的“海上画派”有关。海上画派的前源是以董其昌为代表的松江画派。后随着上海商业的繁荣，越来越多的人开始以卖画为生。其名声最卓著者为“四任”，以善花鸟、人物、肖像、山水的任熊为首，包括任薰、任伯年、任预。此外还有赵之谦、吴昌硕、虚谷等知名画家。随后又有海派京剧的崛起。海上文坛的兴起又将海派文化推上新高峰。据统计，从1902年到1916年的十五年中，中国新创文学期刊达57种；其中29种以小说命名，上海独占其中22种。

五四运动之后，新文化运动在全中国兴起，被称为中国的“文艺复兴”。新文化运动在北京和上海均有很大的发展，其早期骨干胡适、鲁迅、钱玄同、刘半农等虽在北大成军，但其文化能量莫不起源于上海。随后伴随着“左联”以及“孤岛文学”的兴起，上海文学界出现了持续繁荣。

如今上海的海归派将继续传承并发扬海派文化。
